Who we are

GP Barbershop operates this website and the online booking it provides. Our shop is at 1902 Dalworth St, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. You can reach us at 214-541-5550.

Information we collect

When you book an appointment we ask for:

• Your name
• Your mobile phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• Any note you choose to add for your barber
• The service, barber, date and time you selected

If you apply through our Careers page, we collect the name, phone number and message you submit. Barbers and staff who use our booking dashboard also have an account with their name, email, phone and work schedule.

We do not collect or store payment card details on this website.

How we use it

• To reserve and manage your appointment
• To send you a booking confirmation and, where applicable, a reminder
• To let your barber know who is coming in and for what service
• To contact you if something about your appointment changes

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

When you provide your mobile number to book an appointment, you agree to receive text messages from GP Barbershop about that appointment — confirmations, reminders and any changes. These are transactional messages, not marketing.

• Message frequency varies, typically one to two messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 214-541-5550.
• Opting out of texts will not cancel your appointment — call the shop if you need to change or cancel it.

Mobile information is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging provider that delivers them on our behalf.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the booking work, and only so they can perform that job for us:

• Our website host and database provider (to run the site and store bookings)
• Our email provider (to send confirmations and account emails)
• Our text message provider (to deliver appointment texts)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment records for as long as we need them to run the shop and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 214-541-5550 or message us on @gpbarbershop.co and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Parents and guardians are welcome to book on a child's behalf.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
