Booking an appointment

When you book through this site you are requesting a time with a specific barber at GP Barbershop, 1902 Dalworth St. Your appointment is held for you at the time shown in your confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes early.

Prices

Prices listed on our Services page are walk-in prices. Barbers set their own prices and service list for online bookings, and the price you see while booking with a specific barber is the price for that appointment. Prices may change, and additional work requested in the chair may change the final total.

Changes, cancellations and late arrivals

• You can change or cancel your own appointment online up to 2 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation. Inside that window the slot can no longer be offered to anyone else, so please call us at 214-541-5550 instead and we will do what we can.
• The earlier you tell us, the better — it lets someone else take the time.
• Missed appointments. If you do not arrive and have not told us, we record it as a no-show. A slot held for someone who does not come cannot be given to anyone else. We keep a count, and where someone misses repeatedly we may ask them to book by phone in future.
• If you arrive late we will do our best to fit you in, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule so the next client is not delayed.
• We may need to reschedule occasionally — if that happens we will contact you at the number you provided.

Communications

By providing your phone number you agree to receive texts about your appointment. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Barber and staff accounts

Accounts on our booking dashboard are created by the shop for its barbers and staff. Keep your password to yourself, use the dashboard only for shop business, and let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend or remove an account at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse this site — no fake or spam bookings, no attempting to access other people's information, and nothing that interferes with the site working for everyone else. We may cancel bookings we believe are not genuine.

Our services

We take pride in our work. If you are not happy with your cut, tell us before you leave and we will make it right. Services are provided as-is, and we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
